Marsh Island has two associations: one for homeowners and a separate one for slip owners.
Both associations have been turned over from the developer to the property and slip owners and both are controlled and operated by the owners through their elected Association boards of directors.
Both associations are financially sound. They both have been accruing reserves for possible future needed maintenance and repairs and they both have above average amounts of cash on hand to fund ongoing operations.
Because of our financial stability, we have been able to reduce our Homeowners’ Association monthly assessments over the years from over $1000 per month to the current level of $450 per month for property owners and $70 per month for slip owners. The Association provides trash and recycle pick up for all residents and maintains the irrigation system for watering residents’ yards.
The Marsh Island Homeowners’ Association has continued to maintain the community, its landscaping and its facilities to a very high standard so as to ensure that the development remains one of the most attractive and prestigious in all of Vero Beach.
